Sarah Berlin is the Director of Research at the Center for Tech and Civic Life, where she leads a team focused on gaining actionable insights into questions around election administration, public service, and civic participation. Prior to this role, she served as the Senior Director of Election Administration at Democracy Works, leading the Voting Information Project and Ballot Scout, and has also served in several other data collection and election research roles since 2014.

She holds a BA in American Studies from Carleton College.
