Rebecca McAlpine is a Quality Assurance Associate at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Rebecca has extensive experience working in the public sector in roles ranging from case manager to policy researcher. She has a BA in Early Childhood Education from North Park University and an MPA from DePaul University.
