Matt Mortellaro is a Senior Training Associate at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Prior to CTCL, Matt worked in voter registration and election administration for Yavapai County, Arizona. Matt holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Michigan and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Arizona.
