Keegan Hughes is Associate Director at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. She evaluates impact, drives strategy decisions, and advises the team and partners on ways to grow and develop programs to better support election administrators. Prior to joining CTCL, she worked on the Elections Team at Democracy Fund.
