Keegan is the Director of the Government Services Department with the Center for Tech and Civic Life. She leads a team that’s setting the nonpartisan, voluntary standards for excellent elections, and celebrating and supporting offices along the journey. She started at CTCL in 2019 as the Community Associate writing the ELECTricity newsletter, and then led the Strategy, Impact, and Learning team for several years. Prior to CTCL, she worked at the Democracy Fund.
