Jacob Olander is a Research Associate at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Before joining CTCL, Jacob worked as a Congressional staffer for the U.S. House of Representatives. He also has experience in historical and archival research projects. Jacob holds a BA in Political and Social Thought as well as Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Virginia.
