Ayla Schlosser is the Chief Strategy Officer at the Center for Tech and Civic Life where she leads strategic planning, organizational design, and learning and innovation. She is the founder of Resonate, a social enterprise that has increased leadership and self-advocacy among more than 40,000 women and youth in East Africa. After leaving Resonate she worked as a startup advisor and consultant where she supported more than 30 impact organizations across five continents to develop strategies for creating impact at scale.

She received her BA with honors from Smith College, and holds a master’s degree from Stanford Business School.
