Vacation

Care for Yourself and Loved Ones
To give you the support and time you need to care for yourself and loved ones–in good times and bad–we offer:
- Unlimited paid sick days when you or someone in your care is ill
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave each year for care and bonding with a new child, including adoption and foster care
- 12 weeks of paid family leave each year to care for family members with serious health conditions
- Up to 26 weeks of paid medical leave for extended absence due to a serious health condition, including recovery from childbirth
- 5 days of paid bereavement leave when someone you love passes away
Sabbatical Leave
To honor, support, and celebrate full-time staff who have dedicated seven consecutive years or more to CTCL, we offer eight weeks of paid sabbatical leave.

Remote-First Workplace
While we are headquartered in Chicago, CTCL is a remote-first organization, because we know that talent is more important than zip code.
Flexible Schedules
We offer a flexible work schedule to support balance and productivity. Employees are expected to work during CTCL’s core hours from 12 PM to 4 PM CT, Monday through Thursday. Outside of those hours, you have the flexibility to set a schedule that works best for you and your team.
Professional Development

Employee Allowance
Making sure you have the right tools to get the job done is important–especially in a remote-first working environment. CTCL offers a $900 annual employee allowance to put towards the equipment and services you need to work safely and comfortably in the office or at home.
