Berenice Murguia is the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Tech and Civic Life, where she oversees CTCL’s operations, infrastructure, and finances. Prior to coming to CTCL, she worked with several nonprofits to help them build and run high-impact programs to expand democracy, secure America’s elections, and modernize voter registration nationwide.

She holds a master’s degree from George Washington University.
